Photo Gallery | Police release photos of suspect in hotel robbery

The Springdale Police is asking for the community’s help in identifying a suspect they say robbed a hotel at gunpoint.

The report said on Monday, Dec. 24, police were called to the Cambridge Plaza at 650 Cherokee Lane in Springdale for an armed robbery of the business.

Police say at 1:15 p.m. a suspect entered the hotel lobby with a pistol and demanded money from the register. The suspect then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect was described as a black male with long dread locks wearing a dark sweater with a hood, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.

Witnesses have stated that the suspect was traveling in a light colored vehicle, possibly silver, believed to be a Dodge Stratus. The vehicle has a black driver side door and black rims with no hub caps, the report stated.
