The Lexington Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a woman wanted for fraudulent use of a credit card.

Police say on September 23,  while the victim was shopping at a local grocery store, the pictured suspect stole a wallet from within the victim’s pocket book.  A credit card which was located in the wallet was later used by the suspect fraudulently.

The subject is described as a black female, 25-35 years of age with a slender build.
