LHS teacher receives State Financial Educator of the Year award | News

Lexington County School District One Superintendent Karen Woodward and the Board of Trustees recognize Lexington High Teacher Kelly Evans on receiving the South Carolina Credit Union League Financial Educator of the Year award.

Evans competed in the state contest after being selected as Financial Educator of the Year by Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union.  The state and local awards recognize Evans for going above and beyond in teaching his students about financial responsibility.
